Welcome to the gem of the Front Range of the Denver Metro area, located in the Foothills just 30 minutes from the city – Evergreen, Conifer, Pine, Bailey, Golden and Morrison! To experience the lifestyle that these wonderful communities offer, is to fall in love with what Colorado is all about!!!  

Growing up in the Denver area, as a 2nd generation native, I have had the pure pleasure off living within less than an hour’s drive to some of the most spectacular “close in” mountain living you will ever have the chance to be a part of. With two completely different careers in my background over the past 35 years, I decided to make the long sought after move into real estate in 1993. And I’ve never looked back! Since that time I’ve been helping people reach their dreams in their real estate goals, both in purchasing and selling. Currently I am proudly sitting on our local Board of Realtors, Mountain Metro Association of Realtors (MMRA). I am a past President of this Board, and I have a lot of past and current association with the Colorado Association of Realtors, including representation on the Professional Standards committee. I am also on the Board of Directors for the Denver Metro area MLS (Metrolist, Inc.). I have been a consistent Top Producer in listing and selling homes in these Foothills communities, including several years of making the Denver Business Journal’s annual report on “Who’s Who in Real Estate”.  

About 80-85% of my business now comes from Personal Referrals and Repeat Business. I can only achieve this by giving outstanding customer service, both during and after the transaction, and by always making my clients’ best interest my top priority, as I state in my Mission Statement. I hold the designations of GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). REALTORS should recognize that the interests of the nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. They impose grave social responsiblity and a partiotic duty to which REALTORS should dedicate themselves, and for which they should be diligent in preparing themselves. REALTORS, therefore, are zealous to maintain and improve the standards of their calling and share with their fellow REALTORS a common responsiblity for its integrity and honor... 

The term REALTOR has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients ever can justify departure from the ideal. 

In the interpretation of this obligation, REALTORS can take no safer guide than that which has been handed down through centuries, embodied in the Golden Rule:

A sale of a house is just a sale, right? Not necessarily. If you are selling your house to your children or transferring title outside the open market, then the transaction may be characterized as "not at arm's length".
